Ignite Solo Dolo 1 user $10 /quarter One person, one seat. The full core platform, self-hosted, yours.
Energize Posse 2-15 users $150 /quarter Teams of 2 to 15. The core plus optional paid plugin add-ons and priority support.
Vitalize Ensemble 15-50 users $500 /quarter Growing shops of 15 to 50. Adds onboarding help and the database-engine options.
2. Add plugins
Bolt on what your team uses, at a flat rate. Some plugins are included with every package and cost nothing. Hover the info dot for what each one does.
Otis $100 /quarter Private AI that operates on your docs. Otis answers questions, writes summaries, and builds content you ask for directly in docu.nexus, on a model you choose. Every write is shown as a card you accept or skip before it runs, and the model endpoint is yours, so no inference is billed through us.
Chat $35 /quarter Channels for the whole instance, every nexus and every space, channels you make in the page tree, and direct messages between up to eight people. Threads, mentions, reactions, files and search, and you can see who is typing and who is around. Page comments and notifications come with every package.
Requirements $50 /quarter A requirements database that lives as pages in your space, with a typed attribute schema and trace links between requirements. A systems tree, a verification matrix (VCRM), and a traceability graph tie it together. DOORS, without the DOORS.
Kanban GitLab included A board that reads and writes your issue tracker directly, so there is no second copy to keep in sync. Drag a card between columns to move the issue, and edit cards without leaving docu.nexus. The board lives in your space as its own page. The GitLab backend is included with every package.

Database engines PostgreSQL included Run docu.nexus on the database your IT already operates. PostgreSQL is the native engine and comes included; MySQL/MariaDB and Microsoft SQL Server are paid, instance-wide backends. The engine is chosen once at deploy time for the whole install.

Test data Keep test cases and their results in the same space as the requirements they verify. Record what passed and what did not, and trace each case back to the requirement it covers. Pairs naturally with the Requirements plugin.
Data tables Structured tables that live in your space as their own document type, with typed columns instead of free-text. Query and filter rows to pull the slice you need, and reference the data from the pages that describe it.
